Susan began her work in behavioral health after experiencing her own journey with sobriety and mental health. She has worked in this field for 10 years working various roles, from being COO of 17 recovery houses, to the lead co responder of a police department for mental health calls, to the manager of a regional admissions team. All of these experiences helped mold the way she can be that voice of comfort when an individual is making one of the toughest calls of their life. Nothing has been more promising than being the first point of contact for individuals seeking assistance. One thing she loves about her role is being a liaison for others and connecting them with what they are seeking specifically. She also enjoys working with a smaller team of individuals just as focused on client integrity and safety, while being supportive of each other’s self-care and work life balance.
