New Mind Wellness Center (“New Mind Wellness,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.newmindpa.com (the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
This policy covers the Site only. Health information you share with us as a patient is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, which we provide when you begin care and on request.
Information You Give Us
When you fill out a form (for example, to verify your insurance or contact our admissions team), call us or chat with us, you may give us:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Insurance details, such as your provider, member ID and date of birth
- Your preferred method of contact
- Anything else you choose to write in a message or tell us on a call or chat
Please do not send detailed medical information through the Site. Our admissions team will collect what is needed in a confidential conversation.
Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Site, we and our service providers collect information through cookies, pixels and similar technologies, including:
- Your IP address, browser, device type and general location
- The pages you visit, how long you stay, links you click and the website or ad that brought you here (including ad click identifiers)

Service Providers We Use
We share information with companies that help us run the Site and reach people who need care. They may only use it to provide services to us and under their own privacy policies:
- Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager): site traffic measurement and advertising. You can opt out at adssettings.google.com or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): advertising measurement.
- Microsoft Clarity: anonymous usage analytics, including heatmaps and session recordings, to improve the Site.
- CallTrackingMetrics: call tracking, which shows tracking phone numbers on the Site to learn which pages and ads lead to calls. Calls may be recorded for quality and training.
- LiveChat: our website chat.
- Cloudflare and WP Engine: website security, delivery and hosting.
- Testing tools that show different versions of a page to measure which works better.
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect the safety of any person, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.
Your Choices
- Cookies: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. The Site still works, though some features may not.

How Long We Keep Information
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. Form submissions stored on the Site are deleted automatically after seven days.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online.
